Late Prof. (REVD) Williams Ahamefula Egbuta was a Clergyman and a disciplined scholar with an emphasis on Management, Corporate Governance, Industrial Relations, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Christian Theology, and Leadership. He was a passionate educationist known for his theoretical and practical approach to human development.
The icon was born in the early years of 1956 in Lagos, Nigeria. He has worked with top preeminent companies including the famous Lipton Tea, National Salt, etc. He is a distinguished graduate of European American University, Dominican. He has written several books and Journals in the areas of Marketing and Management, he is also an ardent Philanthropist. He has multiple awards under his belt.
Dr. Josephine Chinjioma Egbuta is well-detailed and a resourceful professional in her field, she is adept in Pitman Shorthand, Public Administration, and Educational Management. She has an in-depth understanding of decision-making, data, and resource utilization.
Her experience cut across different industries, she was opportune to have worked with different companies, including North American African Corporation, Ranbaxy Montari a Pharmaceutical Company in the 90s, Trufoods Nigeria Plc, etc. Her educational management skills commenced when she took up the role of a Coordinator with the famous Ibadan Polytechnic and a facilitator for the Federal College of Education, Akoka Lagos.
Dr's. Project management skills are eminent, she is consummated with organizing projects, and resources as well as delegation and time management. Her analytical and problem-solving skills are to be reckoned with. She has continually ensured that the legacy of the late Prof. A.O Egbuta lives on.
D.U Egbuta Ubanekwuo is a graduate of Aldersgate University, Philippines. She has her footprint in the Nigerian banking industry, having worked for Spring Bank and Afribank. She is valued for her interpersonal skills, she builds relationships with employees, resolves conflict, and manages difficult conversations. She is also an effective communicator, and her organizational skills are top-notch.
Deborah is technology-inclined, she has a significant impact on High-Grade Human Resource Management by improving efficiency and streamlining processes. She stays up-to-date with the latest technological developments to effectively utilize these tools and continue to provide high-quality HR services. Dan Enyioma Egbuta has a background in Finance, he obtained his first degree in Finance from Abia State University and further got his M.Sc. in Financial Management from Aldersgate University. His passion for technology led him to the United States of America where he completed an associate degree in Cyber Security. He has a few professional certifications from approved bodies in cyberspace, some of the bodies include CompTIA, PeopleCert, and Microsoft.
Dan Kicked off his Information Technology Career with the famous IBM Co. as a Data Center Technician where he learned the rudiments behind computer networks and backup processes. He also worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with Avanade a subsidiary of Microsoft, tasked with numerous Cloud security projects. Furthermore, he worked as a tier II Information Security Analyst with Oldcastle Building Envelope, where he reviewed incidents escalated to his desk
